The RICS Awards creates a unique platform to showcase innovations and achievements in Southeast Asia’s built environment, as well as encourage development and advancements within the industry. Continuing these good causes, the RICS Awards aims to attract wider participation from the sector, whereby promoting the highest professional standards, pioneering better places to live and work, and creating a force for positive social impact. We look forward to receiving visionary and inspiring nominations from across Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Vietnam this year.
Experts from the judging committee will score each application and the winners will be announced at the Southeast Asia Awards Ceremony in October 2026.

Executive Director, Asia Infrastructure Solutions Singapore Pte Ltd.
Ho Swee Sun is an Executive Director at Asia Infrastructure Solutions, a leading consultancy in sustainable and innovative design solutions, engineering, project and programme management, cost management, and business advisory services across the infrastructure, buildings, and environmental sectors. With over 30 years of experience, Swee Sun is a trusted figure in the quantity surveying profession. He works with both public and private sector clients and consultants and is recognised for his expertise on construction cost trends, contract administration, procurement strategies, and broader contractual matters. His broad and deep first-hand experience spans a diverse portfolio of successful building and infrastructure projects – ranging in type, scale, complexity, and value. Swee Sun is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers, and is an Accredited Professional Quantity Surveyor (Tier 1). He holds a Master of Science in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, jointly awarded by King’s College London and the National University of Singapore, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Building from NUS.
Managing Director, Southeast Asia, Office Services , Colliers
Chris Archibold is the Managing Director of Office Services, Southeast Asia at Colliers. He brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience across Asia Pacific and EMEA, with a strong focus on leasing and advisory services for both investors and occupiers. Based in Singapore, Chris works closely with regional teams to deliver consistent, high quality outcomes for clients, with particular emphasis on innovation, technology led solutions, and navigating the evolving workplace landscape. He holds a degree in real estate from Greenwich University and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
David Jackson has practiced Commercial Real Estate for almost 20 years and been operating in South East Asia since 2008. He is currently the Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Avison Young Vietnam, managing the operational aspects of the company along with setting the strategic vision and goals. He has a broad and diverse level of expertise in managing business, capital markets, transactional management, and valuations and advisory. David has an MSc in Surveying; is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS); a Member of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR); is a Certified Member of the British Institute of Facilities Management, a Member of the Vietnam institute of Directors (VIOD); a LEED Green Associate and a Fellow of the Institute of Continuing Professional Development. David is a keen advocate for technology and sustainable building practices, as well as diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Assistant Chief Executive Officer (Development Group), JTC
Mr David Tan is the Assistant Chief Executive Officer (Development Group) of JTC, Singapore’s lead government agency responsible for the planning and development of industrial infrastructure to support and catalyse the growth of new industries and transform existing enterprises. He oversees the land planning and redevelopment, architecture, procurement and contract management and digital technologies, as well as the planning and development of JTC’s next generation smart and sustainable estates like one-north, Jurong Innovation District, Punggol Digital District and Woodlands North Coast.
Director, PPP Infrastructure Management Pte Limited
Dennis is the Director of PPP Infrastructure Management Pte Limited. He has over 25 years’ experience in property and asset management of different asset class in Singapore, SE Asia and China. His experience in leading real estate and consultancy firms such as Jones Lang Lasalle and C&W Services and Head of Property Management for China Ping Ann group as well as working with Singapore and China developers and funders has provided him the know-how on how the built environment and real estate industry integrate and operate holistically. Dennis is the Honorary Secretary of Association of Property and Facility Managers (Singapore) and a key member of the accreditation of Managing Agent companies, membership to APFM and chair of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) committee. He sits on the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and National Environment Agency (NEA) to provide feedback on policies, guidelines and standards set for the Managing Agents and Facility Management Industry. He is also RICS APC assessor for the Valuation, Commercial Real Estate and Facility Management pathway, a role he has and is still serving over the past 20 years. An adjunct lecturer at Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers academy.

Gabe Carter is the Chief Executive for Asia at Aurecon, a leading international design, engineering, and advisory firm headquartered in Australia. He oversees the performance of approximately 2,100 professionals across nine locations, driving growth and maximising value for Aurecon’s clients across the rapidly expanding Asia region.
Head of Investor Services, APAC and EMEA, Cushman & Wakefield
James Young is the Head of Investor Services for EMEA & APAC at Cushman & Wakefield. With over 35 years at the firm, he has played a pivotal role in expanding the company's investor platform across both regions, driving business growth with investors, funds, landlords and developers across five key divisions – Capital Markets, Agency Leasing, Valuation, Asset Services and Project & Development Services. James has advised a wide range of clients including top investors and developers like Brookfield, Blackstone, Patrizia, Nuveen and CapitaLand. He holds a BSc in Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having joined in 1992.

Er. Jee Yi Yng (YY) is the Managing Director of AECOM Singapore (NYSE: ACM), leading a team of nearly 600 professionals in Singapore. Being part of the premier global infrastructure firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle, helping clients solve complex challenges and build lasting legacies, her key role is to drive strategic growth, serving public and private sector clients across key infrastructure areas including transportation, water, environment, energy, buildings, and cost management. Over the past 25 years, she has worked on large-scale underground projects such as deep excavation, tunnelling, land reclamation, and deep foundations. Passionate about innovation and sustainability, she emphasizes the link between design intent and implementation while championing client service excellence, technical quality, and mentoring young engineers. She is a registered Professional Engineer with the PE Board of Singapore in Civil, Geotechnical and Tunnelling engineering.
Lecturer , UCSI University
Ts. Sr Khoo Sui Lai graduated with a Bachelor of Building in Construction Economics from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. (Engineering) at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR). He is a Consultant Quantity Surveyor (CQS) registered with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM), a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), and a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is also a Professional Technologist (Ts) registered with the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT). He is actively involved in research, has published academic papers, won local and international invention awards, and led or co-led several research grants. His research interests include digital construction, construction economics, and sustainable development in the construction industry. He also actively contributes to professional bodies at both national and international levels.
Oanh Ho is the Director of VAS Valuation Co., Ltd, in association with CBRE, bringing nearly two decades of property valuation expertise to the Vietnamese market. Her experience spans diverse real estate sectors, including residential, commercial, hotel, industrial, and development sites. Oanh has built a strong team and fostered significant individual and organizational achievements. Committed to nurturing the next generation of property professionals, she actively mentors RICS candidates and supports Vietnamese universities through valuation workshops and career guidance programs. Her dedication to excellence has been recognized with the CBRE Circle of Excellence award for Best Professional Services (2011 & 2012) and the CBRE Asia Circle of Excellence (February 2013) and SE Asia Circle of Excellence (2017). A Registered Valuer (RICS) since February 2013 and a Certified Practicing Valuer (MOF) since September 2012, Oanh is committed to the highest professional standards. Known for her collaborative approach and ethical practices, Oanh is excited to contribute to the RICS Southeast Asia Regional Advisory Board and promote best practices in the built environment.
Senior Managing Director and Head of Facilities Management , Savills Singapore
Robin Leow is the Senior Managing Director and Head of Facilities Management at Savills Singapore, with over 25 years of experience across real estate, investment, asset management, facilities management and strategic leadership across the APAC region. Since launching Savills Singapore’s Facilities Management business in 2019, he has successfully led the division’s growth, securing major government and corporate contracts while driving service innovation and operational excellence. Robin serves on the Board of Directors of the Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA) and chairs its Sustainability Development Committee. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He holds a PhD in Strategic Management & Leadership, an MSc in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore, and an MSc in Management (First Class Honours) from the University of Ireland. His leadership has been recognised through multiple industry awards, including the RICS Southeast Asia Property Professional of the Year 2020, FM Leader of the Year 2021, IFMA APAC Awards of Excellence in FM and Innovation & Technology 2026. Robin enjoys reading, gym workouts, jogging, and golfing.
CEO, Quantity Solutions Inc and the Orion Group of Companies
Rynor Jamandre is the CEO of Quantity Solutions Inc and the Orion Group of Companies. He was a board topnotcher in civil engineering in 1998. He co-founded Quantity Solutions in 2008 and has completed more than 700 projects worldwide worth more than 100Billion US$. Under his leadership, QSi was recognized as RICS Southeast Asia’s highly commended QS Team of the Year for 2024 and 2025. He is the current Co-Chair for Infrastructure of the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines and sits on the Board of Trustees of Don Bosco Technical Institute Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET). He was recognized as CEO of the Year by Nation Builders and Mosliv in 2023. He is a big proponent of anti-bribery in construction under ISO 37001. He completed his civil engineering degree from University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos and Credential of Readiness Course from Harvard School of Business online.
Senior Advisor, CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd
Mr. Seng Joo How is the Senior Advisor at CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd, bringing over 40 years of experience in Facilities Management, Public Housing, and Township Management. He served as CEO from June 2014 to December 2021, contributing significantly to the company’s success and guiding the leadership team with his extensive expertise. In the public sector, he played a pivotal role in managing HDB estates and establishing Town Councils in Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Economics) with Honours and a Bachelor of Law with Honours from the University of London and is widely respected in the industry.
