Submission timetables for MENA Region

The APC final assessment is made up of a written submission and a professional interview.

To ensure you are successful at your final assessment interview you need to ensure you are meeting with your counsellor on a regular basis. As a guide, your submission should be uploaded and approved by your counsellor in the Assessment Resource Centre (ARC) at least two weeks before the submission dates below. Once the session opens on ARC all you need to then do is upload your proposer documents and select your final assessment location. Your record of experience, case study and CPD can all be uploaded and approved anytime prior to the submission date.

To be eligible to apply for final assessment you need to ensure:

  • you have been enrolled as an APC candidate for a minimum of six months
  • all outstanding fees are paid
  • your case study cannot be more than two years old and all word counts have been adhered to
  • if you are a candidate on the APC Prelim route to membership you need to pass your Prelim Assessment before applying for final assessment
  • all elements of your submission have been approved by your counsellor

Referred Candidates - If you are a referred candidate you need to update your submission to reflect the comments made in our referral report. Remember, you can only use your case study submission twice. If you are a referred candidate and have sat your APC more than twice using the same case study, you need to produce a new case study on a subject not more than 24 months old.
