Ο δείκτης παρακολουθεί τις τιμές και τα ενοίκια των ακινήτων σε όλες τις επαρχίες, και βασίζεται σε μεθοδολογία που αναπτύχθηκε από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Reading, του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου.
