RICS, the largest global property professional body, is pleased to present its new Board of Members in the Czech Republic, who will operate under the chairmanship of William Bucknell MRICS, Managing Director of Flow East Real Estate, one of the largest private investors in the Czech Republic.
William is renewing his commitment as chair following a new selection process RICS would like to thank the outgoing board members, Jaroslav Kaizr MRICS, Karel Klecka MRICS and Marcel Kolesar MRICS who had come to the end of their statutory terms that they could act for. They have been instrumental in helping to form associations and shape RICS in the Czech Republic over the last three years.
With this appointment, RICS finalises its selection process and completes the Board that will represent the profession of “chartered surveyors” in the Czech Republic. The Board is composed of highly qualified professionals recognised in the market by their integrity, ethical behaviour and experience in a variety of disciplines across the property sector.
|William A. Bucknell MRICS, Managing Director, Flow East Real Estate
Area of specialisation: Construction
William is the managing director of the real estate division of Flow East, one of the largest private investors in the Czech Republic. He joined Flow East in 2005 and since then has managed and overseen the company’s growth. As an experienced developer, investor and asset manager, he is responsible for managing more than 200,000m2 of property with over 400 tenants, identification of investment opportunities including acquisition management and development of work out strategies with technical and financial analysis. Flow East is a member of the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the British Chamber of Commerce and has been a founding member of both the International Business Forum and the Czech Green Building Council. William became an RICS member in 2003 and he is a trained RICS APC Assessor.
|Stefan de Goeij MRICS, Head of Property Management Department, CTP
Area of specialisation: Property and Facilities Management
Stefan has a responsibility of strategically leading CTP’s property management department for more than seven years and contributing to its growth. During this time, the portfolio grew from 2 million sqm to 4.2 million sqm and CTP has established presence in multiple new countries. Prior to his engagement with CTP, Stefan worked in the non-profit sector in the Netherlands where he learnt the value of money that needs to be invested in real estate projects. Stefan became an RICS member in 2013 and he contributed to delivering local CPD events.
|Josef Krautman, DBA, MSc, MRICS, Head of Tenant Representation Services, Cushman & Wakefield
Area of specialisation: Office Agency
Josef is active in commercial real estate since 2006. He focuses on the office market in Prague, Czech Republic. Currently, he is leading the Tenant Representation Service team at Cushman & Wakefield in Prague. He mediated lease agreements for more than 100 tenants, representing a lease able area of more than 90.000sqm modern office space. In the past, he was responsible for setting up and leading the marketing and leasing process of several office projects located in Prague. Josef became an RICS member in 2016 and he is also a trained APC Assessor.
|Robert Neale FRICS, Managing Director / Owner, Portland Trust s.r.o
Area of specialisation: Commercial Property Development
Robert started in Yorkshire in 1982 and worked in London and Brussels for Lambert Smith Hampton until 1991. He established Ryden/KFR in Prague then became equity partner of Healey and Baker in 1994. In 1997 he left Healey & Baker to set up the development company Portland Trust in 1997 to specialize in commercial development. Better known developments include Metropole Zlicin, one of the first non-food anchored regional malls in Prague and Bucharest Business Park which is acknowledged as the first true class A business park in Bucharest.
|Žofia Pažitná MSc MRICS, roject Manager, Skanska Property Czech Republic
Area of specialisation: Development Management, Project Management, Sustainability
Zofia has 10 years of Development Management and Project Management experience in Czech Republic and Hungary, working for Skanska Property Czech Republic and previously for Central European University in Budapest. She has experience in BREEAM and LEED certification and more recently WELL certification. She also has expertise in integrated Building Management Systems and Smart Buildings. Zofia became an RICS member in 2016. She is also a trained APC Assessor and has contributed to RICS CPD events. In 2016, Zofia won the RICS Chris Bennett memorial award.
