Gonzalo Marquesini MRICS is the founder of RenKap, a PropTech company that is helping to scale the delivery of genuinely affordable homes across the UK through the use of its online platform.

Born in 1894, the daughter of a Congregationalist minister, Irene qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1922, just three years after the Sex Disqualification (Removal) Act of 1919 which held that women could no longer be barred from “entering or assuming or carrying on any civil profession or vocation”.

Rod Willis FRICS was the Asset Manager for the Birmingham New Street Station responsible for a major re-development of the station’s retail centre.

Ted Watts, co-founded Hyde Housing Association, which over the past 50 years has owned or managed circa 50,000 homes in London and the South of England. A true entrepreneur, Watts also started his own surveying firm and went on to become President of RICS.

Francis Graves FRICS was one of Birmingham’s best-known surveyors and businessmen.
