RICS is pleased to announce that Neil Shah, Managing Director, Americas, has recently joined the board of CREtech, a leading firm connecting the commercial real estate and technology sectors to foster innovation and growth in the property industry. In his new role with CREtech, he will bring his deep experience in growth strategies, proptech, built environment industry standards and strategic partnerships.
Shah was chosen for his demonstrated ability as an industry thought leader and for his record in growing the RICS footprint, building on the organization's reputation as the global leader in professional standards in the land, valuation, real estate, infrastructure and construction sectors. As the leader of RICS in the Americas, Shah is responsible for managing the presence of RICS across U.S., Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America. His focus is on building the organization's brand, growing the number of qualified professionals in the region and ensuring RICS professionals continue to be at the forefront of the sector's most pressing issues.

He holds an MBA from Emory University, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a BA in Economics and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University.
