Philip is the Global Alliance Director for a California based semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions company. Philip and his team deliver a full scope of real estate services for a primarily office based portfolio of 7.5 million square feet including facilities, project, lease administration, transaction, sourcing, budgetary, MAC and strategic advisory services. He and his team are focused on delivering world class outcomes with a specific emphasis on analytics and benchmarking to ensure best in class service and value.
Philip’s primary responsibilities are as the single point of contact for his client’s global real estate requirements, leading and developing his team, providing innovation and implementing best practice solutions within a globally applicable standard.
Previously, Philip was the Global Alliance Director for an international software provider, leading the global separation of his client’s real estate occupancy as part of a temporary services agreement. This required the coordinated acquisition, fit out, commissioning, move management and provision of facilities services across 5 offices on three continents over a constrained time period. His team delivered a single global CMMS, sourcing, procurement and lease administration service without client business interruption or service degradation.
