An experienced director of workplace strategy for corporate real estate, Rob has a proven history of leading innovative cross government change for the public service. Since 2010 he has guided his talented team of architects, interior designers, graphic designers and change managers who have developed and implemented Leading Workplace Strategies, the Government of BC's corporate approach to the future workplace. As well Rob and his team have created the online reference and book Blueprint: Transforming Office Space Design in BC's Public Service and online space calculator tool Blueprint+.  Skilled in strategic real estate planning, project management, business process development and change leadership, Rob provides practical advice and coaching to other organizations who are undertaking workplace initiatives.
