This symposium will study the development of Prompt Payment and Construction Adjudication, its introduction to Canada, its wider potential use on Federal government contracts, what this means for construction in parallel with the UK experience over the last two decades.


The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and its Event Partner the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) are two of the largest Adjudicator Nominating Bodies (ANB's) in the UK. Both the CIArb and RICS are internationally recognized in the training and development of Adjudicators.
