Although many values are experienced in comparing evidence this can vary between individuals while anyone in developing markets will find it more difficult to obtain and be less familiar with its use.

With the world becoming more standardised and regulated, it becomes more important to gather evidence when making a valuation.

This seminar will provide:

  • Examples of best practice and case studies.
