Charlie has been involved in the property industry for some 25 years in both England and Scotland. In that time, he has gained experience in most aspects of the property sector from residential lettings and property management to development, commercial property, estate management. He was also instrumental in setting up one of the first residential investment consultancies which coincided with the advent of the buy to let mortgage back in the late 90’s. Since that time he has helped numerous individuals from all over the world secure strongly performing investments throughout Scotland and the wider UK.
