Overview

When disputes end up going to court, they can be a very lengthy, uncertain and costly process for both parties.

Arbitration can help to facilitate a resolution in cases between parties to a satisfactory close which is not as costly to time, resources and finances.

But what are the potential issues that arise between a tenant and landlord which can be resolved through arbitration?

This seminar will provide:
  • What to do when either party fails to engage in the process
  • Advice on the restrictions during the arbitration process
  • What the process is for arbitration

The published time is when registration opens. The seminar will begin 30 minutes later.
