Overview

Viability examines cost and value in relation to development proposals. There are increasing challenges that might impact on delivering the desired returns particularly in relation to planning obligations.

This session outlines the key issues you need to navigate, including:

  • Maintaining viability in the current political landscape
  • What does ‘policy compliant’ mean in terms of affordable housing requirements?
  • Site wide versus area wide challenges
  • Land use options.

The time shown is when registration opens. The seminar will begin 30 minutes later.
