This is a 10-hour course (3-hours online, 7 hours face-to-face) for RICS members who participate in final assessment interviews to ensure candidates are competent to practise as RICS members


  • at least three years as an RICS member (essential)
  • at least three years relevant surveying experience (essential)

If you are working towards your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) then this course will provide you with valuable knowledge and skills to assist you in developing your competency in this area.
