Vanessa has over ten years’ experience in real estate research, working in both consultancy and investment management, namely for AECOM and LaSalle Investment Management.
She joined M&G Real Estate in 2014, focusing on European markets. Her responsibilities include supporting the investment decision-making process of the business’ core European funds. Her most recent studies cover topics ranging from urban connectivity to the impact of the $29 billion Grand Paris transport infrastructure project on the capital’s office submarkets beyond the CBD.
Vanessa demonstrates commitment to the research community in her roles as Past Chair of the Society of Property Researchers (SPR) and member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Smart Urban Growth group, Urban Regeneration Council, Women Leadership Initiative and Content Advisory Board.
Vanessa completed an MEng in European Civil Engineering at the University of Warwick and an MSc in European Property Development & Planning at University College London. The course included a work placement at IPD France in Paris. Vanessa is bilingual in English and Italian.
