Brian is Jacobs' practice lead in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS); connected, automated and electric vehicles and road user charging.
Brian has worked in ITS since 1999 and specialized in the connected and automated vehicles (CAV) market since 2004.
Brian works as a subject matter expert and project manager for several emerging technology projects in transportation. Brian is a co-author of an American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) guiding document for agencies to use in preparing for connected vehicles (CV).
He also recently served as an appointed panel member for a Transportation Research Board (TRB) analysis on the use of dedicated highway lanes for connected and automated vehicles (CAV). Brian currently serves as a board member for ITS California and is a registered professional electrical engineer with 30 years of experience.
