Mark has more than 25 years’ experience of dealing with compulsory purchase and valuation. He has specialised in compulsory purchase matters, advising acquiring authorities and developers, as well as claimants.

Mark has wide experience in handling objections to compulsory purchase orders, providing compensation estimates to acquiring authorities and developers, compiling and negotiating compensation claims and dealing with Upper Tribunal cases. He has handled many multi-million pound compensation claims.
