Overview
Financial analysis is constantly in use by stakeholders across a company, and while each may have their own objectives or priorities, the same tools and structured approach is required to effectively analyse the information and identify the right course of action.
This course will show you how to carry out a financial analysis of an industrial and commercial company using a specific method and based on the information available, and to select the right analysis tools to create an action plan. You will be provided with a structured approach to management and financial analysis to facilitate the decision-making process.
It would be useful to have an understanding of financial documents - balance sheet, income statement and cash flow variations – before undertaking this course.
