The course is structured as a distance learning blended course delivered through the RICS Online Academy, with video and live online interactive tutorials, as well as face to face tutorials. Candidates will be required to pass two written assessments.
The course is split into 11 comprehensive study modules plus revision sessions, introduced at approximately monthly intervals over 12 months.
Candidates enrolled on the course will be supplied with a copy of the compulsory reading material, ‘International Arbitration’ by Redfern and Hunter. Further practical experience and mentoring would be recommended for those seeking to practise as an arbitrator.
