Property Measurement Standards: Residential

International Property Management Standards (IPMS) for Residential Buildings aims to establish a consistent and transparent method for measuring property. 

RICS is one of 70 professional organisations from around the world that have come together to create high-level standards for investors, asset managers, valuers and other professionals.

IPMS for Residential follows the introduction of RICS property measurement (offices) which has been mandatory for RICS professionals since January 2016.
