Overview

There are payment requirements in the building and construction industry that principals, head contractors, subcontractors and suppliers must follow. These are regulated by the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 (the Act).

This half-day course will help building owners, property managers, tenants and their representatives identify and manage the costs and risks associated with the end-of-lease process.

RICS Dispute Resolution Service is an Authorised Nominating Authority under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999.
